The flavour in this jamon is set apart from the more commonly found serrano jamon because it is crossed with the iberian pig. Its meat is darker than serrano, but not as fatty as the pure iberian jamon. A minimum 24 months of curing time ensures a tender, flavourful slice of jamon. 

Ingredients: Cebo Iberian pork, salt, sugar, preservatives (250, 252), dextrose (maize), antioxidants (301).
